Jawanda McNair brings over two decades of dedicated experience in the behavioral health field.  Her notable achievements include establishing multiple private mental health programs & agencies across different states.

Jawanda's expertise is underscored by her attainment of multiple agency accreditations and her role as a surveyor for the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

As a seasoned industry trainer and service provider, Jawanda's focus on regulatory compliance has been instrumental. She is currently DOO at Element by Arkhe.

In this capacity, she leverages her extensive experience to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and integrated healthcare solutions.
